On the day of your appointment you should arrive for your appointment on time to guarantee enough time for the haircut, color, style etc. If you have never been to Colette and Co. Salon before please arrive 10 minutes early for a consultation, and 20 minutes early if you’d like to look through hairstyle books. Please keep in mind if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule as other appointments are booked throughout the day.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the type of appointment you made.
